Questions, answered
How long does it take?
A Starter site is usually ready within a week of receiving your answers and photos. Essential and Professional sites typically take 2–3 weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly we get your content.
Will my website look exactly like the template?
No – the template is a starting point. We change the colours, fonts, photos and wording to match your brand, and adjust the pages to suit your business.
What if I don't have a logo, photos or text?
That's very common. We can write your text, source quality stock photos and recommend a simple logo option. Just tick "recommend something for me" in the questionnaire.
Do I need a care plan?
Your website needs hosting to stay online, so most customers choose at least the Basic plan. If you already have hosting, we can hand the site over to you instead.
Can I make changes myself later?
Yes. Small changes are included in the Maintained and Priority plans, or we can quote for anything bigger. We'll always confirm the cost before starting.
How do I pay?
50% when you approve the plan and 50% on launch. Care plans are billed monthly by direct debit.
