From a coffee cart to the corner kitchen

Saltmarsh began life as a little coffee cart on the seafront. A decade (and many thousands of flat whites) later, we've grown into a 60-cover café and restaurant – but we still roast our beans in small batches every Tuesday.

Our menu follows the seasons and the farmers we work with across Sussex. Bread is baked here each morning, our pasta is made by hand and everything that can be is sourced within 30 miles.
